This website and associated therapy services are not intended for crisis or emergency support.

5. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be arranged online, by email, or by phone.
Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
MTD Psychotherapy reserves the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.

 
6. Fees & Payments
Therapy fees are communicated in advance and may be updated periodically.
Payment arrangements for online and in-person sessions will be agreed during the booking process or initial consultation.
Where online payment systems are used, payments are processed through third-party providers. MTD Psychotherapy does not store full payment card details.

 
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is respected in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal obligations.
However, confidentiality may be limited in circumstances including:
* where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person
* safeguarding or child protection concerns
* where disclosure is required by law or court order

Online therapy sessions are delivered using secure platforms where reasonably possible. However, no online communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Clients are responsible for:
* ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection
* attending sessions from a private and suitable environment
* protecting the confidentiality of their own devices and communications
